How to create a travel estimate

The first time you log in, a travel estimate will be created for you with a 12-month period, and all travel estimates will have a duration of 12 months. The travel estimate is in draft status and you can start making an estimate or create a new one with another optional start date.

This is done in the following way:

  • Open estimate on the menu and click on Create new estimate, – this will give you the option to specify a start interval for the estimate.
  • Your estimate is always 12 months, so you just need to enter the start date of your new estimate, select the date in the date picker.
  • You have now created an estimate, and you can now choose to specify the countries you expect to travel to within the EU / EEA as well as your expected travel days per. country.
